In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, empowered to resolve issues on the spot, coach crews in the field, and oversee 10–20 projects at once without missing a detail. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Leadership • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from project start to completion • Provide proactive daily updates via calls, texts, or emails • Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong relationships • Make real-time decisions (scope adjustments, scheduling changes, minor credits/repairs) within company standards Project Ownership & Organization • Manage 10–20 active projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and crews remain aligned • Translate estimates into detailed work orders, task lists, and clear job expectations • Monitor progress and implement solutions to keep projects on track • Maintain accurate documentation of scope changes, checklists, and updates Crew Coaching & Leadership • Partner with Crew Leaders and painters to maintain quality standards • Provide in-field coaching, feedback, and support • Identify challenges early and collaborate with leadership to resolve them • Mentor team members and help develop future leaders Quality & Closeout • Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all work meets company standards • Secure payment and collect 5-star Google reviews within 24 hours of project completion • Ensure job sites remain safe, clean, and professional at all times Required Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of project management experience in construction, trades, or painting • Strong, professional, and confident communication skills • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in team leadership and coaching • Tech-savvy; comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools (Paint Scout is a plus) • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not required • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits • $60,000 per year, plus performance bonuses • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Unlimited vacation (with manager approval) • Company vehicle, cell phone, and required technology provided • Paid holidays • Career growth opportunities within No Drip Painting

We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Project Manager who can confidently lead teams and manage production from start to finish. This role is critical to ensuring crews are supported, projects are completed on time and within budget, and every client receives an excellent experience. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Train Crew Leaders and painters in alignment with company SOPs • Monitor and ensure production goals and KPIs are consistently met • Identify high-performing team members and support their growth • Proactively resolve job site challenges and operational issues • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support business growth Project Execution & Job Site Oversight • Maintain daily communication with crews to track job progress • Monitor job sites and provide real-time feedback to ensure efficiency and quality • Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize callbacks • Oversee review collection and ensure all jobs meet company standards • Confirm all materials and job details are prepared before project start Pre-Job Setup • Review sales notes and convert them into clear work orders and daily checklists • Set up Slack channels with all job-specific information • Communicate with customers prior to start date (colors, scope, materials, etc.) • Ensure crews are fully prepared and equipped for scheduled work Post-Job Closeout • Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met • Collect documentation, submit change orders, and finalize invoicing • Ensure payment is received within 24 hours of completion (excluding remodelers) • Secure Google reviews and support company-wide review goals Administrative & Reporting • Send daily schedules to all crews by 4:00 PM • Review field updates and adjust schedules as needed • Track weekly production metrics and assist with inventory planning • Participate in weekly job costing reviews Required Skills & Qualifications • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) • Previous experience in construction or painting project management • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills • Knowledge of project scheduling, team supervision, and quality control • Tech-savvy; comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and Estimate Rocket (preferred) • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits • $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus performance bonuses • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Unlimited vacation (with manager approval) • Company vehicle, cell phone, and required technology provided • Paid holidays • Opportunities for growth and advancement

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wallpaper Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium finished product. You’ll work on both commercial and high-end residential projects — often independently, and at times leading additional team members. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with wallcovering installation. Training is not provided for entry-level installers. Applicants must be confident, efficient, and capable of producing top-tier results from day one.
