What You’ll Do
Lead a crew on residential projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
Set the tone on-site with professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer care
Perform expert-level painting including brush, roll, spray, and fine finishes
Learn and grow into decorative finishes and wallpaper installation (training provided with increased pay as skills develop)
Maintain a clean, organized job site and provide daily 3pm BRUSH updates
Partner with the Project Manager to address customer needs and keep projects running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Expert painter with strong brush and roll experience (spraying and decorative finishes are a plus)
Proven leadership ability to guide and motivate a crew
Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable using smartphones and apps (training provided)
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering 5-star customer experiences
Pay & Benefits
$20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
