Wallpaper Installer (Commercial & Residential)

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wallpaper Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium finished product.

You’ll work on both commercial and high-end residential projects — often independently, and at times leading additional team members.

This position requires extensive hands-on experience with wallcovering installation. Training is not provided for entry-level installers. Applicants must be confident, efficient, and capable of producing top-tier results from day one.

Key ResponsibilitiesWallcovering Installation & Craftsmanship

• Install a wide variety of wallcoverings in residential and commercial environments

• Ensure seams, patterns, corners, and transitions are installed with precision

• Follow manufacturer specifications and best practices for each product

• Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently and safely

• Identify and communicate any substrate issues prior to installation

Job Site Execution & Customer Experience

• Work independently or lead a small team as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times

• Communicate directly with customers in a professional and confident manner

• Represent No Drip Painting’s standards, values, and professionalism on every job

• Proactively address job site challenges and escalate issues when necessary

Production & Accountability

• Work within budgeted labor hours and strive to exceed labor targets

• Participate in the “Save Labor” bonus program by completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure smooth project flow

• Provide job updates and feedback as required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $30/hour
