What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew on residential projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality

• Set the tone on-site with professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer care

• Perform expert-level painting including brush, roll, spray, and fine finishes

• Learn and grow into decorative finishes and wallpaper installation (training provided with increased pay as skills develop)

• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including daily 3pm BRUSH updates

• Partner with the Project Manager to resolve customer needs and keep projects running smoothly

• Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish with customers and crew

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Expert painter with strong brush and roll experience (spraying and decorative finishes are a plus)

• Proven leadership ability to guide and motivate a crew across language barriers

• Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Comfortable using smartphones and apps (training provided)

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering 5-star customer experiences

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
