What You’ll Do

• Complete high-quality residential painting projects using brush, roll, spray, and fine finish techniques

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site each day

• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project managers to keep projects running smoothly

• Learn and grow into decorative finishes and wallpaper installation (training provided with increased pay as skills develop)

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent No Drip Painting with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled painter with strong brush and roll experience (spraying and decorative finishes are a plus)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and strong work ethic

• Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Comfortable using smartphones and apps (training provided)

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering 5-star customer experiences
