Malone Painting is seeking a driven Sales Estimator to lead on-site estimating, proposal development, and sales conversion across residential and commercial projects in the greater St. Louis area. This client-facing role blends estimating accuracy with consultative selling to grow revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of the sales team, you will conduct site visits, take precise measurements, scope work, prepare competitive proposals, and present recommendations to prospects. You will nurture leads, build relationships, and close opportunities while coordinating closely with production to ensure a smooth handoff and satisfied clients. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up.
