Malone Painting is looking for experienced Subcontractor/Trade Partner crews in St. Louis, MO. Partner crews typically earn $30 to $60 per hour depending on crew speed and quality. You will focus on the craft, performing residential interior, exterior, cabinet, and deck/fence painting, while Malone handles marketing, sales, estimates, scheduling, and customer communication.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior residential painting including prep, priming, and finishing

• Deliver cabinet refinishing and deck/fence staining projects when assigned

• Send daily photo updates and communicate job progress using your smartphone

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site on every project

• Complete jobs on time and within the agreed scope
