Inbound Appointment Setter / Client Experience Coordinator

Malone Painting is hiring a fully remote Inbound Appointment Setter and Client Experience Coordinator, open to candidates in the Philippines, Mexico, and Central America. Starting Pay is $6.00 to $7.00 USD per hour. You need 2 to 4 years in a customer-facing phone role and clear, easy to understand spoken English, since you will be the first voice or text a potential customer gets from us: answering calls, following up on leads by text, and scheduling estimates with our painting project consultants.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Answer inbound calls and start callers toward booking an estimate.

• Follow up on open leads by text through our CRM's automated workflows.

• Schedule appointments with our painting estimators.

• Work through non-scripted situations using your own judgment.
