Production Manager

Malone Painting is hiring a Production Manager in St. Louis, MO. Pay is $55,000 to $90,000 per year with weekly pay, and your earnings grow as production performance grows. We need someone with 3+ years leading in production, operations, logistics, or the trades who can run crews, schedules, and job sites so every project finishes on time and on budget.

• Plan and run the daily and weekly production schedule.

• Lead planning meetings that align crews, materials, and job requirements.

• Visit job sites to support crews, verify progress, and confirm quality.

• Coach crews and trade partners, address issues early, and keep communication tight.

• Protect job margins through planning and accurate labor allocation.

• Respond quickly to customer feedback and keep every project customer-ready.
