Company: All Pro Painters Location: Ottawa, Ontario Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year + bonus opportunities Position Type: Full-Time Overview All Pro Painters is looking for a Production Manager / Project Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial painting projects across the Ottawa area. You will lead field crews, coordinate job sites, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems on job sites, and delivering outstanding results for customers. Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership • Supervise and lead painting crews on job sites • Provide coaching and performance feedback • Help recruit and develop new painters and crew leaders • Maintain a positive and productive team culture Project & Job Site Management • Manage multiple painting projects simultaneously • Ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards • Conduct job-site inspections and resolve issues quickly • Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources Customer Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during production • Address customer questions and concerns • Identify opportunities to upsell additional work Safety & Compliance • Enforce job site safety protocols • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations • Maintain a safe and organized work environment Operations Coordination • Manage materials inventory and supply ordering • Coordinate with the office team for project scheduling • Ensure smooth communication between crews and management Requirements • 3+ years of experience in the painting industry • Supervisory or crew leadership experience • Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record • Reliable vehicle for job site travel • Must live in Ottawa or Gatineau-Hull • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work • Comfortable interacting with customers • High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have • Working at Heights certification • WHMIS certification • Construction or trade leadership experience What We Offer • $70,000–$90,000 salary + performance bonuses • Full-time, year-round work • Monday–Friday schedule • Overtime opportunities • Professional development and career growth • Opportunity for company vehicle after 1 year • Supportive team culture

We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, managing details, and helping a small business run smoothly. In this role, you’ll work directly with the owner and take ownership of lead handling, scheduling, administrative coordination, and operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and improving systems — not just routine administrative tasks. As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a Senior Executive Assistant or Operations leadership position. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Lead Handling • Answer inbound calls and respond to new customer inquiries • Qualify leads and schedule estimate appointments • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer communication • Ensure fast, professional responses to all inquiries Scheduling & Calendar Management • Manage the owner’s calendar and meeting coordination • Schedule estimate appointments efficiently • Keep schedules organized and running smoothly CRM & Administrative Systems • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking • Organize documentation and internal processes • Help improve administrative systems and workflows Operations Support • Assist with payroll preparation and bookkeeping coordination • Support day-to-day operational organization • Help maintain internal communication between office and field teams Strategic Partner Outreach • Reach out to potential partners including: • Realtors • Builders • Property managers • Coordinate introductions and relationship-building meetings Requirements • Must live in the Ottawa area • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone • Strong organization and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Clean background check Nice to Have • CRM experience • Small business operations experience • Property management experience • Construction or home services industry experience Compensation & Benefits • Starting compensation equivalent to approximately $25/hour • Performance bonuses tied to operational KPIs such as: • Lead response time • Lead handling efficiency • Process improvements • PTO • Long-term growth opportunities within the company
