Who You Are: • You are the kind of person who straightens a crooked picture frame in a waiting room, even though you don't work there. • You take pride in finishing a job so well the customer notices details they never asked about. • You believe kindness and respect belong on every job site, with customers and teammates alike. • You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. • You bring a home base within a 20-mile commute of Fresno. • You bring the ability to work on ladders and roofs up to three stories, lift equipment, work outdoors in most weather, and meet the physical demands of the job. • You bring strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
