Seasonal Christmas Light Installer / Crew Assistant

Mountain View Window Cleaning is hiring a Seasonal Christmas Light Installer or Crew Assistant in Fresno, CA for the holiday season, paying $18 to $22 per hour. No experience is necessary since we provide full training, but you need to be comfortable on ladders and rooflines up to two or three stories. You'll work alongside a Crew Lead hanging, testing, and taking down holiday lighting on homes and businesses around Fresno.

Who We Are:

• Mountain View Window Cleaning provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning for homes in Fresno.

• This holiday season, we are adding a Christmas light installation team alongside our regular exterior cleaning work.

• Every job runs through a Crew Lead who trains and directs the team.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Load, unload, and organize lighting equipment and ladders each day.

• Hang custom roofline lights, wrap trees, place ground stakes, and set timers per the design plan.

• Follow step by step instructions and safety protocols from your Crew Lead.

• Work outdoors on ladders and multi-story rooflines.

• Test light strands and troubleshoot connections for a clean display.

• Help with post season takedowns and pack materials in January.
