Exterior Cleaning Technician - Windows

Mountain View Window Cleaning is hiring Exterior Cleaning Technicians in Fresno, CA. Pay is $18 to $30 per hour, and no window cleaning experience is needed. We teach the tools, safety, and techniques. What we can't teach is character, kindness, and true pride in exceptional work.

Who You Are:

• You are the kind of person who straightens a crooked picture frame in a waiting room, even though you don't work there.

• You take pride in finishing a job so well the customer notices details they never asked about.

• You believe kindness and respect belong on every job site, with customers and teammates alike.

• You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• You bring a home base within a 20-mile commute of Fresno.

• You bring the ability to work on ladders and roofs up to three stories, lift equipment, work outdoors in most weather, and meet the physical demands of the job.

• You bring strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
