As our Outdoor Lighting & Audio Sales Specialist, you will own the client relationship from concept to contract. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated backend design, installation and tech support teams to facilitate high-conversion day and evening presentations that bring luxury outdoor transformations to life. To support you while you ramp up, we offer a $1,000 to $1,500 weekly draw based on your experience, paired with an uncapped commission structure built to reward top-tier producers. The Role & Responsibilities • Design & Consult: Conduct on-site residential and commercial consultations (day and night) to assess property layouts and client goals. • The "Wow" Factor: Facilitate high-conversion day and evening presentations, using sketches or digital layouts to showcase custom lighting plans and audio layouts. • Technical Layouts: Select premium fixtures, audio speakers, beam angles, and system layouts and renderings with backend support from our design team. • Manage the Pipeline: Build proposals, estimates, and contracts while tracking leads seamlessly via State of the Art CRM Tools. • Flawless Execution: Collaborate with design and installation teams to align the final design with the client's budget. Walk job sites with Lead Technicians to ensure exact accuracy before installation. As our Lead Technician, you will own the field execution from job site to final walk-through. You will lead your crew from the front, hands dirty and standard set, while collaborating closely with our design and sales teams to bring luxury outdoor lighting, audio, and shade projects to life. You don't need a background in lighting to succeed here. The Role & Responsibilities • Lead the Crew: Run daily field operations. Plan the work, manage the day, and lead your team through installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance with precision. • Develop the Team: Train and mentor less-experienced technicians on technical execution, safety, and best practices, and watch them grow under your guidance. • Own the Job Site: Keep every site clean, organized, and on standard from start to finish, because the job site reflects the team running it. • Technical Execution: Install and maintain premium outdoor lighting, audio, and shade systems, operating hand tools, power tools, and trenching equipment safely and efficiently. • Flawless Delivery: Collaborate with design, sales, and landscape teams to integrate lighting with hardscapes, trees, and outdoor features, and communicate directly with clients to deliver their vision exactly.
