Landscape Lighting Lead Technician

Outdoor Lights and Shades is hiring a Landscape Lighting Lead Technician in Burbank, CA. This is an onsite role paying $30 to $40 per hour. You will lead a crew in designing, installing, and maintaining high-end outdoor lighting, audio + shade solutions.

• You have 3 or more years of professional experience in landscape, hardscape, landscape lighting or irrigation installation and repair

What You Will Do Each Day

• Lead your crew through installation and troubleshooting of outdoor lighting systems with precision

• Train and mentor team members on technical execution and best practices

• Collaborate with landscape teams to integrate lighting with hardscapes, trees, and outdoor features

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and trenching equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform maintenance on existing systems including bulbs, wiring, and upgrades
