Compensation: $30 to $40 per Hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time, W-2

The Opportunity

We don't just install fixtures and speakers; we design and build high-end, luxury outdoor transformations. As our Lead Technician, you will own the field execution from job site to final walk-through. You will lead your crew from the front, hands dirty and standard set, while collaborating closely with our design and sales teams to bring luxury outdoor lighting, audio, and shade projects to life.

You don't need a background in lighting to succeed here. The Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew: Run daily field operations. Plan the work, manage the day, and lead your team through installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance with precision.

• Develop the Team: Train and mentor less-experienced technicians on technical execution, safety, and best practices, and watch them grow under your guidance.

• Own the Job Site: Keep every site clean, organized, and on standard from start to finish, because the job site reflects the team running it.

• Technical Execution: Install and maintain premium outdoor lighting, audio, and shade systems, operating hand tools, power tools, and trenching equipment safely and efficiently.

• Flawless Delivery: Collaborate with design, sales, and landscape teams to integrate lighting with hardscapes, trees, and outdoor features, and communicate directly with clients to deliver their vision exactly.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in landscape, hardscape, irrigation, or outdoor living installation, ideally including experience leading or managing a crew as a crew lead, site lead, or project manager. Lighting experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• Location: Must be located within 20 miles of Burbank, CA.

• Flexibility: Willing to occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project timelines and client appointments.

• Logistics: Must have a dedicated, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Language: Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus).

• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
