What You Will Do Each Day: • Review estimates with sales reps and estimators, then set material quantities, colors, and roof specs. • Read measurement reports from Roofr, GAF QuickMeasure, EagleView, Hover, and Estimating Edge. • Watch the weather daily and reschedule crews and suppliers before conditions turn. • Order materials, verify supplier pricing, pay crews every Friday, and log proof of delivery. • Update the CRM, register warranties, and track job costs against budget.
