Commercial Roof Sales

Force Roofing Systems is hiring a Commercial Roof Consultant in Nashville, TN. Base salary is $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus, with on-target earnings of $110,000 to $250,000. You will need 3 or more years of commercial roofing sales experience, and you will spend your days inspecting roofs, advising property owners, and closing deals across Middle Tennessee.

• You bring a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, the ability to climb a 30 ft ladder or several flights of stairs, a commitment to job-site safety including PPE and fall protection, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Who We Are:

• A growing commercial roofing contractor serving the Middle Tennessee market.

• Our projects range from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofs, and renovations of existing building exteriors.

• We maintain, inspect, and repair all major commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Perform roof inspections, prepare inspection reports, and present recommendations.

• Develop new business with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and government purchasing agencies.

• Conduct site visits and sell maintenance work, repairs, restorations, and full replacements within a 125 mile radius of the office.

• Meet weekly with the Estimating team to follow up on proposals.

• Follow up with regional clients to recommend maintenance programs, close sales, and build recurring revenue with key accounts.
