Outside Sales Representative

Force Roofing Systems is hiring an Outside Sales Representative – Roofing in Franklin, TN, with earnings of $65,000 to $100,000+ per year through commission and bonuses. Sales experience is not required, but you do need a valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record for your company vehicle. We put you through four weeks of paid training before you inspect your first roof.

• You bring the physical ability to climb roofs and work outdoors year round.

• You bring a home base in Middle Tennessee and are ready to clear our pre-hire background and drug screening.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Knock doors two to three hours a day, five days a week.

• Network with insurance agents and realtors to build referrals.

• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding using the training we give you.

• Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations.

• Own the full sales cycle, from estimate to close to follow up.

• Build pipeline through our CRM, social media, and local events.
