We specialize in high-end restoration, sealing, and long-term maintenance programs. This role is for someone who wants to sell professionally — with clear scope, strong margins, and zero chaos downstream. What You’ll Do -Run scheduled estimates with qualified homeowners -Sell premium restoration and maintenance solutions -Create clear, detailed scopes that production can execute smoothly -Follow up with unsold estimates and stay organized -Represent the On Deck standard: clarity, honesty, professionalism -Sales is the front gate of our operation — clean sales = clean fulfillment. What Success Looks Like Here -Top reps generate: -High-quality jobs that fit our model -Clear customer expectations -Strong average ticket values -Revenue without production friction -Trust across the team -We measure performance with real numbers, not vibes. Weekly Scorecard Metrics -Estimates run -Close rate -Average ticket -Revenue sold -Follow-up touches per unsold estimate Ramp & Training -Peak season pace is up to ~60 estimates/week. -Ramp expectations: -Week 1: 15 estimates -Week 2: 30 estimates -Week 3: 45 estimates -Week 4+: Full capacity You’ll receive: -Daily team huddles -Weekly 1:1 coaching -Ride-alongs and live feedback -Objection handling and sales training -We train the right person hard. Compensation (Commission) -5% on existing clients -10% on new clients -15% on commercial work -Commission is paid in two stages: -Half after wash completion -Half after seal completion -Clear rules. We’re hiring Production Technicians who want clear expectations, real standards, and consistent work. If you do your best work when expectations are clear, feedback is direct, and performance actually matters, you’ll likely do very well here. How work actually works here - Clear SOPs/checklists for every task - Performance is tracked and visible - Feedback is direct and consistent - Problems are addressed early - Improvement is expected over time What you’ll be doing - Execute deck & exterior services to defined standards - Learn and perform both washing and sealing - Follow documented processes (not improvising) - Communicate issues early and take ownership Pay - $16/hr during paid training - $20+/hr after training (based on performance/experience) Hiring process - Initial application and phone interview - In-person interview at the shop - Paid training / probationary period
