What you’ll be doing
- Execute deck & exterior services to defined standards
- Learn and perform both washing and sealing
- Follow documented processes (not improvising)
- Communicate issues early and take ownership
Pay
- $16/hr during paid training
- $20+/hr after training (based on performance/experience)

- Initial application and phone interview
- In-person interview at the shop
- Paid training / probationary period

onsite • Liberty Township, OH
Requirements
Non-negotiables
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat/cold; able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Within ~40 minutes of Liberty Township, OH
- Comfortable with ladders and basic hand tools
- Able to follow checklists/SOPs and hit daily production goals
- 1+ year of professional painting or pressure washing experience
- Able to pass background check and drug screen (per local/state requirements)
