Sea Island is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Sea Island, GA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $26 to $35 per hour. You will keep luxury rental homes in flawless condition so every guest walks into a five-star experience.

You love diagnosing a problem, fixing it on the spot, and moving to the next one
You are as polished and professional speaking with guests as you are swapping out a fixture
You believe the details no one sees are the details that matter most
You take ownership of every home you walk into as if your name were on the door
You bring at least three years of hands-on home or facilities maintenance experience

What You Will Do Each Day
Perform basic to intermediate handyman repairs across a portfolio of luxury rental homes
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general home system issues
Represent the Sea Island brand professionally during every guest interaction
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Document all work orders accurately using the maintenance app
Escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Manager with clear notes
