What You Will Do Each Day • Assign work orders, route technicians, and reshuffle priorities as the day unfolds. • Keep Breezeway audit-ready, with tickets properly scoped, time-stamped, and closed with notes, photos, parts, and hours. • Chase open tickets, surface stalled work, and escalate non-performance. • Forecast parts needs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and order within set thresholds. • Review upcoming arrivals, expedite blockers, and issue the maintenance rental ready call. • Share dispatch coverage and caretaker communication with peer coordinators.
