Scheduling Coordinator

Pacific Mirror and Glass is hiring a sharp and steady Scheduling Coordinator. You'll need a track record  of managing a high volume of details, deadlines, and follow-ups, plus comfort using scheduling software and email throughout the day. You'll sit at the center of our customers, technicians, and shop for our residential, commercial, and hotel glazing projects. When information changes, materials shift, or a job needs to be rearranged, you are the person who brings order to the moving pieces.

This is not a quiet administrative position. It is hands-on, fast-moving, and visible. The right person will find that pace energizing - not overwhelming. Your decisions affect the customer experience, technician productivity, project deadlines, and whether work is ready to bill. What You Will Do Each Day:

• Build and manage the daily field schedule to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate technicians, customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Confirm project dates, access, and readiness with customers.

• Prepare shop fabrication orders and material purchase orders, and close out completed jobs for billing.

•  Support field technicians with schedules, documents, job information, and clear communication.

• Protect the customer experience by communicating clearly, following through, and addressing issues before they grow.

• Help with phones, customer questions, and showroom coverage when needed.

Experience that translates well

We care more about how you have operated than whether your previous title was 'Scheduler.' Strong candidates may come from roles such as:

• Construction scheduling, project coordination, service dispatch, or field-service operations

• Logistics, routing, transportation, production planning, or supply coordination

• Property management, facilities coordination, or resort engineering administration

• Hospitality operations, event coordination, or other high-touch roles with constantly changing priorities

• Medical, dental, or professional-services scheduling where accuracy, urgency, and customer communication matter

• Customer service leadership or office management in a busy, deadline-driven environment
