We work hard to uphold our outstanding reputation! • We value excellence, hard-work, and above all, integrity. • We operate as a TEAM What You Will Do Each Day: • Build and manage the daily field schedule to minimize downtime. • Coordinate technicians, customers, contractors, and internal teams. • Confirm project dates, access, and readiness with customers. • Prepare shop fabrication orders and material purchase orders, and close out completed jobs for billing. • Support field technicians with schedules, documents, job information, and clear communication. • Protect the customer experience by communicating clearly, following through, and addressing issues before they grow. • Help with phones, customer questions, and showroom coverage when needed. Experience that translates well We care more about how you have operated than whether your previous title was 'Scheduler.' You will train alongside experienced installers on residential and commercial projects, learning the glazing trade and the "PMG" way. What You Will Do Each Day: • Assist a Lead Glazier with measurements and installations on various projects across the island • Learn to measure, cut, and install glass in our fabrication shop. • Install showers, mirrors, replace window/door glass, and more. • Use hand tools, tape measures, and power tools. • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized. • Communicate clearly with teammates and project leads. • If you have experience, we'll train you to work independently within 6 to 12 months.
