What You’ll Do
- Supervise, train, and mentor electricians to uphold NEC compliance
- Oversee planning, permitting, and project execution
- Monitor job progress, perform QA checks, and resolve customer concerns
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Support fieldwork as needed to meet goals
Pay & Schedule
- Competitive salary: $80,000–$120,000 + performance bonuses
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM; occasional on-call
Requirements
- Journeyman electrician certification (Arizona)
- 6+ years in electrical work; 2+ in supervision preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and software skills
