Inside Sales CSR / Closer

The Inside Sales CSR / Closer is a full-time, in-person role based out of our New Smyrna Beach office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one job: keep the pipeline warm and get contracts signed. You are the connective tissue between our Sales Consultants and the homeowners who haven’t said yes yet. You are making outbound calls, setting appointments, following up on open proposals, and doing whatever it takes to move deals forward.

This is a high-ticket, relationship-driven sale. Our average project is six figures. Our clients are successful, busy people with real options. They came to us because we are the best in the market. Your job is to make sure they remember that while they’re thinking it over — and to give them every reason to stop thinking and start building.

If your idea of follow-up is sending one email and waiting, this is not the right role.

Who We’re Looking For

Pool or construction experience is helpful but not required. What we are looking for is someone who has sold high-ticket products or services to discerning buyers and has a track record of closing. Luxury automotive, financial services, high-end home services, or any environment where the buyer has real money and real options are all strong backgrounds for this role.

You need to be able to build genuine rapport in the first 90 seconds of a phone call, read a prospect through a phone line, and know the difference between professional urgency and pressure. Commission breath kills deals at this price point. So does passivity. We want someone in the middle: confident, warm, persistent, and sharp enough to know when to push and when to let the conversation breathe.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for outbound calls to warm leads, setting and confirming appointments for our Sales Consultants, and following up on open proposals that have not yet closed. From the moment a prospect is assigned to you, the deal is yours to move. Your daily work includes calling, texting, emailing, and creatively staying in front of your assigned prospects until they sign or definitively walk. You document every touchpoint in our CRM. Nothing goes unlogged.

This role also includes relationship-building activities that go well beyond the phone. We are talking handwritten letters, curated gift baskets, and yes, sometimes hand-delivering something to a homeowner’s door because that is the kind of company we are. Think white glove. Think concierge. The prospect who gets a personal touch from All Aqua Pools does not forget it, and they do not go with the competition. You are not quoting jobs or designing pools. If a prospect has a scope or pricing question, you loop in the Sales Consultant. Your lane is the relationship, the appointment, and the close.

Additional tasks will be assigned as the role evolves. We are a high-output, high-visibility, high-transparency team. We show up early, we do what it takes, and we have no room for someone who is not ready to go the extra mile every single day.

Compensation

Base pay is minimum wage plus 1% commission on gross profit for every deal you close. A motivated closer who produces in this role will earn $50,000 to $60,000 in their first full year, with direct upside as volume and close rates grow. Your income is largely in your own hands.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 30 days you are a net positive to the business. You have learned the product, the sales process, and the CRM. You have shadowed field consultations, you are making calls daily, logging every touchpoint, and deals are already moving.

By day 60 you are hitting your stride. Pipeline is full, follow-up is relentless, and closes are happening consistently.

By day 90 you are an absolute force. The pipeline is closing, the team feels it, and the numbers prove it.
