Derheim Painting and Home Improvement is hiring a Project Coordinator in Ardmore, OK. This is a full time hourly role with performance incentives reviewed quarterly. You will be the central hub of our production team, the person who keeps every project scheduled, staffed, and moving from first wall to last gutter.

Who We Are:

• We started with interior and exterior painting in 2020 and grew deliberately from there.

• Our own crew now handles cabinet refinishing, drywall, carpentry, paint grade siding, and seamless gutters.

• Customers get one team for the whole project, not a stranger subcontracted in halfway through.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Schedule sold projects quickly and accurately.

• Assign projects to Project Managers based on workload, skillset, and fit.

• Communicate with homeowners from scheduling through completion.

• Track every active and upcoming job in real time.

• Spot and resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects moving.
