What You Will Do Each Day
Answer inbound calls and serve as a professional first point of contact
Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain organized pipelines in GoHighLevel
Support projects end-to-end by keeping schedules, documentation, and customer updates on track
Manage job details and workflows in JobTread
Support invoicing and bookkeeping workflows in QuickBooks
Maintain accurate trackers and reporting in Google Sheets

Monday through Friday schedule with weekends almost always off

Requirements
Strong construction office or operations experience (pool industry preferred)
Extremely tech-savvy and comfortable with systems, not just familiar
Highly proficient in GoHighLevel CRM, JobTread, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets
Comfortable in a front-office, client-facing role (calls, lead qualification, scheduling)
Dependable, team-oriented, and seeking a long-term position
Experience with permitting preferred (pool or construction permitting a plus)
Pay: $50,000-$60,000/yr
