If you have at least 4 years of experience and are ready for your next opportunity, apply today! Who You Are: You have at least 4 years of experience as a residential and commercial electrician. You’re skilled at diagnosing and repairing electrical issues efficiently. You can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes. You have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. You value safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. We offer a range of residential services, including panel upgrades, lighting installations, and EV charger installations. Our team thrives on a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth. What You Will Do Each Day: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new construction and existing properties. Diagnose electrical issues quickly and resolve them with minimal disruption. Interpret blueprints and electrical codes to ensure proper installations and repairs. Communicate with clients to explain solutions and offer system enhancements. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during every job. Why You’ll Love Working Here: Structured Pay Plan: During your first 90 days, you'll earn hourly pay between $20–$36/hour, based on your experience level. After 90 days, you transition to a performance-based pay structure with commission incentives. Your base rate will be $20/hour, but strong performance is expected to significantly exceed that through commissions.
