Parts Leader

Appliance Connection is hiring a full-time Parts Leader in West Blocton, AL, starting at $20/hr during training with pay increases as you grow. You will own the parts department, keep technicians stocked, and serve walk-in customers. This is a leadership role with a clear path to advancement.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Receive, verify, organize, and stock incoming parts shipments.

• Manage technician pick lists and truck restocking.

• Order parts for service calls, customer orders, and company locations.

• Track inventory levels, back orders, returns, and core credits.

• Serve walk-in customers and answer parts department calls.

• Lead and coach the parts team and hold departmental standards.
