What You Will Do Each Day: • Receive, verify, organize, and stock incoming parts shipments. • Manage technician pick lists and truck restocking. • Order parts for service calls, customer orders, and company locations. • Track inventory levels, back orders, returns, and core credits. • Serve walk-in customers and answer parts department calls. • Lead and coach the parts team and hold departmental standards.
