The Role

This is a leadership position in the field.

You will:

● Lead boiler and heating system installations

● Mentor junior technicians

● Ensure installs meet Retro’s clean, high-standard expectations

● Communicate clearly with homeowners

● Troubleshoot complex hydronic and oil/gas systems

● Represent the company professionally on every job

This is not just a mechanic role — this is a field leadership role.

What We’re Looking For

● 7+ years experience in heating (oil & gas)

● Strong hydronic knowledge

● Clean installation skills

● Ability to lead a job from start to finish

● Calm, professional communication style

● Pride in craftsmanship

● Valid driver’s license
