The Role This is a leadership position in the field. You will: ● Lead boiler and heating system installations ● Mentor junior technicians ● Ensure installs meet Retro’s clean, high-standard expectations ● Communicate clearly with homeowners ● Troubleshoot complex hydronic and oil/gas systems ● Represent the company professionally on every job This is not just a mechanic role — this is a field leadership role.
