Position Highlights:
As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the exceptional customer service at Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Effectively manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
Assign jobs based on priority to the available workforce
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Serve and assist walk-in customers at our area rug check-in counter
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements to Shine:
A magnetic phone presence and a customer-service superpower.
Preferably, 2 years previous experience working as a CSR or Dispatcher.
Juggling multiple tasks with grace is your forte.
Ability to work 1 Saturday each month.
You have the charisma to present and sell our outstanding services.
Typing at the speed of light—50 words per minute or more.
Additional computer experience preferred (familiar with modern Microsoft (excel, outlook, word, etc) and Customer Record systems (for example: Quickbooks, ServiceTitan, etc.) on Windows PC)
Self-motivated and ready to rock.
Eligible to work in the United States.
A clean record (pass a background check and drug screen).
Dress to impress in smart casual attire.
