About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Crew Leader to lead a 2–5 person crew delivering high-quality outdoor installations. This role requires someone who can lead by example, keep projects on schedule, operate equipment safely, and communicate professionally with clients and project managers.

What You'll Do
You will lead daily production and work hands-on with your crew to complete projects such as:
Build paver patios and walkways
Install segmental retaining walls
Construct outdoor kitchens, fire features, and stone/concrete elements
Perform grading, excavation, and drainage work
Complete carpentry tie-ins when needed
Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and timeline standards
Weekly Responsibilities
Lead and direct daily crew production
Run morning project plans and material/equipment checks
Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-skids, and excavators
Communicate project progress and issues with project management
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Full-time availability
Available one weekend day per month
Ability to lift 75 lbs
