Crew Lead - Landscape
We are looking for an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Crew Leader to lead a 2–5 person crew delivering high-quality outdoor installations. This role requires someone who can lead by example, keep projects on schedule, operate equipment safely, and communicate professionally with clients and project managers. If you take pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces and enjoy leading a hardworking team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do You will lead daily production and work hands-on with your crew to complete projects such as: • Build paver patios and walkways • Install segmental retaining walls • Construct outdoor kitchens, fire features, and stone/concrete elements • Perform grading, excavation, and drainage work • Complete carpentry tie-ins when needed • Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and timeline standards Weekly Responsibilities • Lead and direct daily crew production • Run morning project plans and material/equipment checks • Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-skids, and excavators • Communicate project progress and issues with project management • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients Requirements (Non-Negotiables) • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • Reliable transportation • Full-time availability • Available one weekend day per month • Ability to lift 75 lbs What We’re Looking For The right candidate is: • Energetic and hardworking • Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Accountable and dependable • Comfortable working in fast-paced outdoor environments • Adaptable when job conditions change • Dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship Why Join Us • Consistent full-time work • Opportunity to lead and grow with the company • Work on high-end outdoor living projects • Supportive team environment
