SSA Group at the Monterey Bay Aquarium is hiring a Food Service Runner in Monterey, CA. Pay is $16.90 to $18 per hour, and no previous experience is required. As a Food Service Runner, you will bring fresh orders to guests at one of the best attractions in the world and keep service moving during high-volume shifts.

• You bring availability for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run food orders to guests and help with anything else they need.

• Communicate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams so orders go out correct and on time.

• Follow daily prep and task lists, and meet standards for speed, quality, safety, and guest service.

• Keep your station clean, sanitary, and organized, with proper uniform and hygiene practices.

• Know the menu, pricing, and daily specials.

• Report guest feedback and any service or quality issues to leadership.
