Dispatch Service Representative

Velocity Trade Partners is hiring a remote Dispatch Representative, with pay of $20 to $25 per hour plus performance incentives. You will own the ServiceTitan dispatch board for one or more of our residential service brands and make real-time calls that directly impact technician productivity, customer experience, and same-day capture.

• You bring at least two years of dispatching or scheduling experience and hands-on ServiceTitan proficiency.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across multiple markets based on job priority, technician skill, location, drive time, and capacity.

• Run the ServiceTitan dispatch board in real time, moving jobs, optimizing routes, and adjusting assignments to maximize billable hours and on-time arrivals.

• Communicate with field technicians by phone, text, and chat to confirm job details, parts needs, and customer notes before each call.

• Proactively call customers with ETA updates, delay notifications, and arrival confirmations to protect the customer experience.

• Track job progress throughout the day, flag at-risk calls, and reroute or escalate before delays turn into complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of job statuses, technician activity, dispatch notes, and customer updates in ServiceTitan.
