Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our customer base for residential and commercial power washing services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and skilled at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

• This is for someone motivated and relentless, not afraid of hearing “no” and pushing through it

• Must be able to generate their own leads consistently, not rely on company leads

• Fast follow up is non negotiable, speed wins in this role

• Ability to pivot in conversations and handle objections at a high level

• Team first mindset, coachable, and serious about growth

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outreach and networking.

• Educate potential customers on our services and pricing.

• Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with operations to schedule jobs and manage customer expectations.

• Track and report on sales performance and results.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in service-based industries.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

• Comfortable collaborating with operations and customer service teams.
