Plumbing Operations Manager

We are hiring an Plumbing Operations Manager for our Howell, NJ location. The board, the field team, and the revenue sit with you. You need three or more years managing operations or a field team, ideally in home services or plumbing and drains, plus hands on ServiceTitan experience or certification.

• You stay organized when the day goes sideways and fix problems early.

• You bring the proven ability to run several technicians and job sites at once.

• You bring a high school diploma or GED (business or operations degree a plus), Slack and Microsoft Teams knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

• We run on ServiceTitan, so dispatching, invoicing, and performance live in one system.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run scheduling and dispatch in the ServiceTitan admin portal.

• Monitor active jobs for updates, notes, and accurate invoicing.

• Confirm supervisor coverage on high ticket work before first dispatch.

• Check in with technicians and clear what is in their way.

• Review technician performance and deliver coaching and corrective action.

• Lead operations meetings and work with the office on parts and escalations.
