Residential Sales Manager

Carter's Painting is hiring a Residential Sales Manager in Alachua County, FL. This is a full-time, onsite role with total compensation of $150,000 to $200,000 per year through a 9% commission on sold projects plus monthly and yearly bonuses. You will estimate, sell, and manage residential painting projects from first customer contact through completion for a growing painting company serving the Alachua area.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Estimate projects on-site and virtually, accurately calculating labor and materials and delivering quotes within 24 hours

• Follow up on every quote consistently until the customer approves or declines

• Recruit, manage, and schedule subcontractors to keep projects staffed and on track

• Collect deposits, coordinate job starts, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

• Upsell additional services to customers during and after active projects

• Pursue strategic relationships with realtors, property managers, and roofers to generate referral business
