Business Development Executive

FrontLine Fire and Flood is hiring a Business Development Executive in Tacoma, WA, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and expected Year 1 earnings of $80,000 to $150,000 or more. You will build a referral network across plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and commercial clients throughout the South Sound, in a field-based, relationship-driven role.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Conduct daily outside sales visits and relationship-building meetings with referral partners.

• Build a high-value referral network with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial clients.

• Present FrontLine services to referral partners, small groups, and trade organizations.

• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

• Represent FrontLine at industry events and networking gatherings.

• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM tools.
