Inside Sales Representative

Velocity Trade Partners is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative to work open estimates and rehash. Pay is commission based on the revenue you sell, so what you earn tracks what you close. Your day centers on one thing. You call customers who already have a quote from us, and you turn those quotes into booked plumbing and drain jobs.

• You are confident on the phone and comfortable asking for the sale.

• You stay steady when you hear no, and you work through objections without pushing.

• You take pride in leaving every customer better than you found them, even the ones who do not buy.

• You bring an organized, detail focused approach to tracking estimates, amounts sold, and follow ups.

• You bring comfort with pay that rises and falls with what you sell.

Who We Are:

• Velocity Trade Partners handles plumbing and drain service work for homeowners.

• Our field crews finish the job. Our inside sales desk makes sure customers know about the work still sitting on the table.

• We run inside sales alongside Operations and Dispatch, so sold work gets scheduled and closed out cleanly.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Call customers who have open estimates from completed jobs.

• Follow up on estimates that have been open at least three days.

• Listen for what the customer needs and present the right option.

• Work through objections and ask for the sale.

• Present pricing and approved discount options accurately.

• Document each estimate you work and coordinate with Operations and Dispatch so sold work gets scheduled.
