Office Manager

Seminole Ventures Painting is hiring an Office Manager in Tallahassee, FL. Pay starts from $20 per hour for this full-time, in-person role with flexible weekday hours. You will lead day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, manage invoicing and AP/AR, and keep our teams and customers informed so projects run smoothly.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from clients and team members

• Schedule estimates, jobs, and follow-ups using our scheduling tools

• Send invoices, collect payments, and manage AP/AR tracking for projects

• Maintain accurate customer and job data in the CRM

• Coordinate with crews and subcontractors on schedules and job status

• Follow up with leads and past clients for reviews, referrals, and repeat work

• Prepare and maintain digital files, project notes, contracts, and calendars

• Assist with light social media posting and updating job site photos

• Track project expenses, reconcile receipts, and support basic reporting

• Help refine and document internal processes and office workflows
