About This Role
As Production Manager, you will oversee installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on knowledge of concrete coatings. Key Responsibilities: Manage installation crews and assign projects based on skills and scheduling needs Ensure quality control by inspecting projects, reviewing job site photos, and addressing issues Optimize workflow & efficiency to maximize productivity Oversee inventory & materials, ensuring crews have the necessary tools and coatings Train and mentor crews, leading weekly meetings and enforcing performance standards Work closely with sales, HR, and maintenance teams to streamline operations Address customer concerns and oversee warranty work when needed Monitor costs related to fuel, materials, and labor to improve profitability What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in concrete coatings, construction, or a related field Proven leadership managing installation crews or construction teams Strong knowledge of concrete coatings, epoxy, polyaspartic applications Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills Valid driver’s license with a clean record (must be able to pull trailers & drive HD vehicles) Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, project scheduling software) Ability to motivate employees and cultivate a positive company culture
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $60,000-$80,000/yr
