Deese Elite Concrete Coatings is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. This is a key support role within our administrative department, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and wants to learn multiple aspects of office operations. Position Overview The Administrative Operations Coordinator supports the administrative team and is cross-trained across multiple responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience across several areas of business administration while directly contributing to the efficiency and success of the company. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support to the office team • Assist with scheduling, client communication, and follow-ups • Support data entry, file management, and document organization • Help coordinate internal processes and workflows • Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and record maintenance • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members • Provide backup support across departments as needed Qualifications • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required Position Details • Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time • Compensation: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience) • Location: In-office Why Join Deese Elite Concrete Coatings? Our commitment to quality starts with our people—and we only use in-house installers to get the job done right. What You’ll Do: • Apply decorative concrete coatings alongside a skilled crew • Organize materials, prep workspaces, and maintain tools/equipment • Tow and manage a 16' trailer on job sites • Capture job photos during each installation stage • Interact professionally with clients and keep sites clean and safe Pay & Incentives: • Commission-based pay structure • On-target earnings: $600–$1,300 per week • Weekly pay Schedule & Location: • Full-time day shifts: Monday to Friday • Weekend work as needed • Based in Tallahassee, FL Requirements: • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Reliable personal transportation • Must pass a background check (no felonies) • Presentable appearance and strong customer service skills • Comfortable using tools and working in a physical labor environment Benefits: • Available after 90 days: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 3% IRA match • Paid time off • Referral program • Tools provided • On-the-job training • Advancement opportunities • After 1 year: • Additional PTO • Paid holidays
