This role shifts between two functions depending on the season and workload. During high-turnover periods you're running pool startups — balancing chemistry, programming equipment, and walking homeowners through their new system. When job sites need support you're working alongside the Project Manager — hauling materials, running parts, prepping work areas, and keeping things moving.

Who You Are:

• You can perform pool startups and troubleshoot and program pool equipment.

• You communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners on a job site.

• You show up on time, take ownership, and handle what needs doing without waiting to be told.

• You bring a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

• You're flexible for occasional Saturday work during busy months.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Perform new pool startups and basic service and maintenance on pools we build.

• Troubleshoot and program pool equipment.

• Support the Project Manager on active job sites with labor, material runs, site prep, and cleanup.

• Pick up supplies at SCP and handle same-day material runs as needed.

• Take progress photos and document all activity in JobTread.

• Conduct pre-inspection checks before the inspector arrives — gates, latches, safety items.

• Distribute door hangers in target neighborhoods.

• Keep company trucks and the office clean, organized, and stocked.
