What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Speed-to-Lead & Booking (Primary)
Call new leads within 60 seconds of receiving the lead
Qualify the request quickly (what’s happening, urgency, location, access, etc.)
Schedule an appointment for an electrician to come on-site
Confirm contact details and ensure the customer knows what to expect
Customer Service & Communication
Handle inbound calls, texts, and follow-ups professionally
Calm anxious customers, ask smart questions, and build trust fast
Speak confidently about common electrical work (without “over-explaining”)
Dispatching & Coordination
Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently (minimize gaps, route smart, keep the day tight)
Confirm appointments, send reminders, reduce cancellations/no-shows
Document everything clearly in the system
Systems / Admin
Update job notes, tags, customer info, and outcomes in our CRM
Track lead source, booking status, and next steps
ServiceTitan experience is a major advantage (or similar CRM/dispatch software)

Required Skills / Qualifications
Near-native English fluency + American/neutral accent (must be highly natural)
Strong phone presence: clear, warm, professional, confident
Experience in US home services (electrician / HVAC / plumbing / garage doors / roofing / etc.) is strongly preferred
Proven ability to book appointments and handle objections
Excellent written English (for notes, texts, follow-ups)
Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Tech skills: CRM notes, scheduling, basic spreadsheets, task tracking

Experience with residential electrical customer service or dispatch
Understanding of common electrical job types (troubleshooting, panel work, EV chargers, lighting, outlets/switches, etc.)
Pay: $18,000-$24,000/yr
