Pool Design & Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting people, designing solutions, and closing deals. We build everything from custom luxury pools to quick fiberglass installs, and we’re growing fast.

In this role, you’ll use Pool Studio to design pools, meet clients in person, and connect with builders and homeowners. While we provide some leads, most of your success will come from your own hustle and initiative.

Who You Are

• A natural closer with strong sales instincts and a solid work ethic

• Skilled at building trust, maintaining momentum, and closing deals

• Confident working in a draw-against-commission compensation structure

• Experience using Pool Studio for pool design or willing to be trained

• Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable working in the field

• Ready to commit full-time — this is not a side hustle

Compensation

• On-track earnings: $150,000–$250,000+ annually

• Commission-only role with no salary cap

• Paid a percentage of every deal you close

• Weekly draw against commission to provide steady income while deals close

• Top performers significantly exceed projections — our top rep earned over $350,000 last year

Work Hours

• Typically Monday through Friday during business hours

• Evening flexibility when homeowners are available for consultations

To Succeed in This Role

• Design custom pools using Pool Studio tailored to each client’s property and needs (We will train you)

• Conduct site visits and consultations to develop accurate designs and proposals

• Manage your own pipeline from lead generation to closing

• Network with builders, attend expos, and participate in industry events to generate opportunities

• Maintain the drive to hustle, create opportunities, and maximize your earning potential
