Swimming Pool Design & Sales Consultant (Commission-Only)
Overview
We’re looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting people, designing solutions, and closing deals. We build everything from custom luxury pools to quick fiberglass installs, and we’re growing fast. You’ll use Pool Studio to create designs, meet clients in person, and connect with builders and homeowners. We’ll provide some leads, but most of your success will come from your own hustle and initiative.
Who You Are
You’re a natural closer with strong sales instincts and a solid work ethic. You know how to build trust, keep momentum, and close deals. You’re confident working on a draw-against-commission basis and have experience using Pool Studio.
We provide a weekly draw to support you as you ramp up—repaid from closed deals. You’ve got a valid driver’s license, don’t mind being out in the field, and you’re ready to commit full-time—this isn’t a side hustle.
Compensation
Earn what you’re worth. On-track earnings range from $150K to $250K, with top performers going well beyond. This is a commission-only role with no salary cap—you get a percentage of every deal you close. Our top rep cleared over $350,000 last year. If you’re ready to put in the work, the earning potential is huge.
This role has a draw against commission so you always have a steady paycheck coming in.
Work Hours
Work is typically Monday through Friday during business hours, with flexibility for evenings when homeowners are available.
To Succeed In This Role
You have the ability to design custom pools using Pool Studio and tailor them to client needs through site visits (We will train you)
You have full control over your own leads, appointments, and closing pipeline from start to finish
You have the drive to network—attending builder meetings, expos, and events to grow your reach and generate leads
You have the mindset to hustle, create your own path, and earn what you're truly worth through hard work and strong collaboration
