We are currently seeking a Direct Seller 3508 (Statutory Non-Employee) to join our high-performing team. We provide the leads; you provide the expertise and the close.
What You’ll Get: Industry-Leading Compensation
• Target Earnings: $100,000 – $250,000+ per year.

• Pre-Qualified Leads: No cold calling. We set 2–3 appointments for you daily.
• Paid Training: Comprehensive onboarding to ensure you hit your $250K goal.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with pre-screened homeowners to uncover their home improvement goals.
• Present customized, high-quality kitchen and bath solutions.
• Close deals using our proven sales process and digital tools.
• Manage your own schedule for a true work-life balance.
What You Need to Succeed
• Classification: Direct Seller 3508 (1099 with company support).
• Experience: Proven track record in face-to-face sales (Home Improvement, Solar, or Insurance).
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Credentials: HIS license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Mindset: A "closer" mentality with the empathy to build genuine trust.

Requirements
• Experience carrying an annual quota of $1.5M+ with a background in the home improvement or service industry.
• Proven track record of selling home services directly to consumers within their personal residences.
• Willingness to work as a Statutory Non-Employee (Direct Seller 3508) focused on high-volume, sales-based output.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to drive up to 50 miles from home to attend scheduled appointments.
• Active HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) license and ability to pass a background check for compliance.
